Why Jessica Janssen?

Jessica Janssen had the pleasure of growing up in a small country town just outside Green Bay. Similar to Mayberry, everyone was on a first name basis and the lifestyle was like a slow dance.

People are warm and friendly, the school system is excellent and she was surrounded by nature and wide open spaces. She  has traveled the world, sampled other cultures and feels lucky to have been raised in the Midwest.

A graduate of the Art Institute of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science Interior Design degree, she began her career as a residential Interior Designer for Ethan Allen, then moved into commercial design and worked for several local firms. She began practicing real estate sales in 2009 and has made her passion into a reality by launching her own brokerage, Design Realty, in December 2015.

Her approach to real estate is fresh … each transaction is unique and she adds the right amount of a design element into every listing in order to capture the right audience.

Most days are spent working with clients/viewing homes, staging homes, reading over inspection reports, negotiating contracts, putting a SOLD sign on a lawn or celebrating with new home owners.
